Hi Friends of Flying Monkey,

Firstly, I just want to give a few thanks to those of you who supported the "10 years and still swingin'" event last Friday which celebrated the 10th anniversary of the U of M Swing Dance Club. I can't believe the last 10 years has flown by so quickly.

Secondly, I want to update everyone on the changes to Thursday Night Swing. Because Allan's new studio is not ready yet, I will be relocating the classes. As a result, the times will also be changing. See below:

Thursday Night Swing

7pm Swing Dancercise
8pm Group Swing

Patricia's Dance Studio
20-2025 Corydon Ave.
(Tuxedo Shopping Centre beside the Liquor Mart)

Lastly, there has also been some interest in doing more Balboa and possibly doing a Bal-Rueda review class. I hope to resurrect the "All Balboa Weekend" this year if there is enough interest (it was a full afternoon of workshops followed by an all-Balboa dance party). Please let me know if you are interested.
