Units are 5m X 5m X 15m, presenting a small footprint but potential for large floor area due to its height.  Indeterminacy is addressed by the flexibility of the units.  Due to the short floor span, floors can easily be adjusted to suit many types of functions.  However, for residential occupancy, a 5 floor plan has been presented that attempts to maximize the limited floor plates by limiting circulation paths, maximizing floor area and efficient use of systems (stairwells doubling as light wells).
